Have anyone implemented ROR Sitemaps.

I would like to know the advantages & disadvantages of using ROR Sitemaps

Can i have both ROR and XML sitemaps at the same time.

yes you can have both but there is zero advantage to this (and not that i can see any damage)

ROR is a specific type of XML - well layout of information - therefore I can't see why you would choose one over another in all honesty - other than we know xml sitemaps can be read by the majority of search engines , where as ROR sitemaps are an unknown quantity
