Abandoned cart software; experiences please

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone use software designed to reduce abandoned carts? Nosto has been suggested to me but has anyone got experience of using this and did it help?

Cart abandonment rates average 60-80%, if your in this range it's standard, even Amazon have these levels. It then becomes a percentage of a percentage issue, the more time you spend on it the lower your return will be. Your key tools are email offers and ad remarketing plus you have one page checkout which are 50/50 whether they help or not, it's business specific.
