A good looking proposal

Hi everyone

Im currently writing a proposal for a cleaning contract I'm hoping to get. I have written out all the content but could do with some help on structure and appearance. Are there any do's and donts when it comes to writing proposals. I am confident in what Im proposing in terms of my services and ideas but want to get this across in the best possible way. Any advice would be truly appreciated.
