I don't know if this is available or possible. Am I able to get my courier deliveries covered by a 3rd party insurance as I generally need cover of 1k to 2k per a delivery. Also as my deliveries are jewellery most couriers do not cover this.

You could take a look at a goods in transit package, some policy's will allow for the goods to be carried by a third party.
