3rd Party Payment Processing

I am starting a new business with my website launching towards the end of Jan. My business model is such that I am struggling to get a merchant account and so have to go down the road of 3rd party processing, can anyone give me any advice on this and recommed a provider?

I am acting as an introduction agent for businesses and individuals to aquire services from each other, taking the payment in full from one, deducting my commission and passing the balance to the other.

I've just spoken to them and they can do it, many thanks. The only thing is they need to review my website so it may add a few weeks delay.
