199.99 for a new website

Hi all,

I have a template website I pay £ 100.00 per year for it

today they offered me a new template with paypal on it as well ,its online for 3 days to see if i like the new template

is £ 200.00 good for this template

When you add items and check order it must be some sort of software? Unless it is a custom script.

Although this new site is 'cleaner'...
It's not very 'grit binny' like the old site.

For £200.. you can get much better templates!

£200 is okay but is that the best logo/header they can come up with? It doesn't suit the product you're selling.

absolutely agree - as I posted recently elsewhere... design etc. only has a purpose in as far as it supports / grows the business - and this provides a big old clash between look & feel and product...

more worrying - it is also broken

the header and footer graphics above the middle section are shifted to the left in FF3 / IE8

sorry - if I were in the market for one of these the site would not give me any confidence about the stability / solidity of your company

Yea i actually agree with estwig its lost its gritty edge ,,you could be selling perfumes or clothes etc..

get back to your roots man your a gritter and dont forget it

You want a website with dumper trucks shifting piles of grit ..snow drifts with your bins saving the nation,,something with punch
