Hi there

I am using 12 Pay already.

I can see that employees can be given a department, ie director sales etc. Is it possible to print departmental reports, specifically to give gross pay and e'ers ni for each?

Yes, On the payroll form go to the Reporting tab, and click the option to group reports by department. Then run whatever reports you want.

Another query, 12pay related slightly. If I take on a new payroll client, how do I submit RTI before I have received the agent logon codes?
