Please can you help

I currently have my emails set up to come through to my Mac and iPhone but when I reply to emails from my iPhone they don't show on my computers sent items. Is it possible for this email system to work the same as my gmail and yahoo accounts.

Have you set the "sent items" folder to an IMAP folder on your iPhone and Mac? You need to change this in the settings so they are not stored locally (normally the default).

Are you using POP or IMAP?

Im using a POP account.

Steve i have just set up the IMAP account, but i now have two inboxes showing the email received as a POP and also an IMAP!!

Setup IMAP on both Mac and iPhone. Making sure all emails are in the IMAP inbox, delete the POP account from both the Mac and iPhone. They should then both stay in synchronisation. Delete mail on one device, same happens on the other etc.
