£100pcm budget

Hi guys another post from me....

Im due to half talks with a possible business partneer tomorrow (hopefully all will go well) and one of my plans/intentions is to set up a website focused on keeping the house warm and making it more efficient...

It ties in perfectly with our businesses , The site will be interactive and be easy to use (although i imagine its going to cost a substantial amount) the intentions are to get the site up and running and recieve enquiries throughout the UK via the website, the intention is to get the website to appear on the first page of the search engines and come up when relative phrases/words are typed in-

cavity insulation
loft insulation
uvpc fitters

etc etc

Thinking more long term I would then want to sell the domain/website to an energy company as such due to the website getting X amount of hits per day/week/month/year, If i was to budget say £100pcm on add words and the like would it be possible to be top of google when the relative words are typed up in say six to twelve months time ?

Is there an actual possibility to be approached by an energy company wanting to buy the website and domain due to the hits/traffic/attention the website is achieving ?

I know im thinking bigger picture but thats what i do !

Thanks Richard.

You could spend a thousand pounds a month on adwords the moment you stop paying you stop being listed ..

get the website made right from day one and then your business model could work..

Good attitude.

Please make sure that you are not naive when it comes to Google Adwords. Do tons and tons of research before you start a campaign, or you will fail. It is no where near as simple as it sounds.

That said, if you do your research and develop a good website with a strong value proposition, you could be quids in!

Just don't rush things!
