My business is nearly insolvent I owe a large debt which my house is bound to, I have another debt which I think I might be a garantour plus I have 28k directors loan. My question is if I cannot pay the loans can I go to prison? The directors loan was taken when the company was doing well, so I never took it fraudulently!

Hi there!I have got 55000 gbp debt and for not anticipated reason I need to move back in my home country EU! Serious family problem!

Me and my wife have been awarded £377,000 by the Central London County Court against a company which is a massive real estate company based in the Philippines but is only renting an office in the UK. All sales are consummated in the UK and we were recruited in the UK. We are both British citizen.
The company has a bank account at Deutsche Bank which is also based in the Philippines and we know the account number. -
