Agreed. Voice to text apps work well.

You then bungvthreabscript through an AI tool to tidy things up. They past the final result to you for vetting before publication.

are the sales calls virtual or on the phone? A couple of solutions you can use here. Fireflies.ai is a really good solution that covers most Videoconferencing tools and also connects to some dialers and CRM tools to transfer the notes straight away which they can check to make sure its accurate.

If its just the phone check your tele provider as alot of them have started to provide transcription services that you could grab and then have it run through an AI process to grab the relevant notes

Just tell him that he should take his time when making calls and once the call is over, to spend more time writing notes on the call. There is no magic bullet. People with dyslexia are just slower with reading a writing, but that does not mean they are stupid. Albert Einstein was dyslexic, so is Whoopi Goldberg and Steven Spielberg.

Also there are dyslexic friendly fonts and there are special coloured screens you can get to go over monitor or paper. Black on white is often a problem for people with dyslexia. What is needed is a proper assesment by someone qualified and experienced with adapting roles for disability like an occupational therapist in theory the government funds this but it takes forever and is usually only for people newly hired to work they don't care about those struggling in an existing role.

I once employed a dyslexic sales rep who announced her issues at interview and explained how she got around potential problems. The job, selling advertising, required her to write copy so on paper 'excuse the pun' she was the worst person for the job but with dictionary and notepad in hand, rigorously checking everything, she never made a mistake, unlike most of her hurried colleagues.
