Barclays Business - disappointing tech

    Just for anyone dealing with Barclays.

    I went to download a statement to prepare for year end accounts. Only statements available since August 25. If you want an "interim" statement, request it and we will generate something for you tomorrow.

    For an online service, I have to wait 24hrs to generate a statement.

    Which planet are these people from?

    Cant you just flag data range you need and export transactions as a CSV or Excel file?

    It doesn't help now, and really shouldnt be necessary, but going forward it's probably wise to download and save them each month.

    I cant believe TSB business banking doesn't even have an option to download PDF statements - they are all posted!!
