    Hi,

I am an Amazon seller, and I need to get ready for upcoming changes for the EU responsible person, Packaging, and EPR, but I am lost. I was wondering if anyone knows of any agency that can guide me through all this new legislation so I know what to do.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I know an agency that can help you. I had the same issue as an Amazon seller, and when I contacted this agency, they guided me very well. They explained all the new legislations regarding the EU responsible person, packaging, and EPR in detail and ensured that my business complied with all the requirements.

You can contact them to solve your issues too.
    Contact number: +44 1245 79 0577

    Thank you!
Please bear in mind that techemily is a very new member, who only joined today, the telephone number looks extremely unusual and they haven't bothered to name the 'agency' so that you can carry out checks before contacting them. Please be careful.

I agree, I would never call any number given to me before I search them online. The number turnout to be belong to 'Hire IT Expert' website - very weird

I apologize for any confusion my earlier comment may have caused. I understand your concerns, and I assure you that I'm not a fraud. When the question was asked, I responded with the direct number because it was specifically requested, and I thought it would be helpful.

I'm a genuine member of this community, here to contribute, share knowledge, and learn new things just like everyone else. I have experience in resolving issues like data recovery, improving laptop performance, fixing offline printers, troubleshooting email problems, product listing issues, and handling Windows installation.

I appreciate your vigilance, and I will be more mindful in the future. I'm here to contribute positively and help wherever I can.
Thank you. I'm still not sure how an IT expert can assist with the issue of requiring an EU responsible person which is 100% NOT an IT issue.

That's the reason I'm sharing the number of the right person who can solve this issue. I have knowledge about product listings, but I'm giving here the number of the right person because I thought it would help since you asked about the agency. And ma'am, we are IT experts; we've resolved similar product listing issues for other clients, and they were satisfied with our guidance. That's the reason, even after such negative comments, I'm still replying here. So please don't worry, ma'am. I've sent this person the contact information of someone who only charges after the work is completed, not in advance.
Why do you think this is a listing issue?

Sorry for the slow response - I was away on holiday for a couple of weeks.

    Responsible person
There is a thread on the forum that deals with this - here

    EPR
This only affects the EU for now but if you aren't organised for this then Amazon will suppress your listings. It mainly affects Germany, France and Spain and there are different categories depending on the country (for example in France they are electronics, furniture, toys, and DIY) but it is gradually expanding to more countries.

If you don't act, Amazon will auto enrol you in their 'EPR Pay on Behalf service'. They charge E24.99 + 3% of the EPR fees per category. This is probably the cheapest and easiest solution since service providers typically charge a registration fee and + another annual fee per category + the fees themselves.
