I've asked ChatGPT for one and it came up with this.

What do you reckon, too much/acceptable/missing anything?

Thanks

A written resolution for a UK limited company with a sole director is a document used to make decisions or pass resolutions without holding a formal meeting. Here is a template you can use. Please note that this is a general template and should be customized to your specific situation and needs. You may want to seek legal advice or consult with a professional before using it.

Ths is fine- but the key lies in the nature of the Resolution. For example are you sure its a matter for the Board rather than the shareholders (evenif you are sole shareholder) .In some cases you may be required to undertake other work - eg if appointing another Director, you need to serve notice on Companies House.

But bear in mind that if your Afrtcles are the Model Articles then, until you amend them, or appoint another Director the resolution may be ineffective, ( see my Stop Press article when you scroll down to the bottom at https://www.mr2percent.com/
