We had a customer place a small order with us which we supplied and they came back to say they were really happy with it. Since then the customer has been emailing and advising us of some information relating to their business, including asking for quotes and another larger order which has been paid for. Something did not feel right with the statements being made and after a bit of research it has become apparent they are not who they said they were, and there are some real concerns about their legitimacy, however they have paid for their order. I am torn between refunding and keeping clear or just supplying the order that has been paid for and potentially dealing with the consequences and what they may be - any advice? Regards Tom
