Dear Sir / Madam,

I am the student at Faculty of Management, University of Lodz.
Below, you can find link to the survey on the customer satisfaction of retail banks. Could you please take part in the research by filling out the online questionnaire. The main purpose is to collect the data for my master's thesis, that I am currently working on. The questionnaire is anonymous and it takes you around 5 minutes to answer all questions.

Thank you for taking part in the survey.

I took a look at the questionnaire and couldn't get past Q3.

None of the reasons why I chose my bank were listed. The rest of the questions made no sense at all. You need to research how to build an effective survey.

Question 3 - none apply.
Question 4 is therefore not applicable.
Question 5 - perhaps ask why for people that answer yes too?
Question 6 - impossible to answer

Question 8 is a bit odd. To me its a binary solution, either they meet my preferences or they don't.
Question 9 - strange question . What have my preferences to do with a radio ad by my bank?
Question 10 - option repeated, have no clue what relevance lower bank recognition has to my business. And ignores anything a UK bank competitor to my bank would be offering me.

Information about you - 55 i więcej? Really?
Education - eh? Not come across presented like that.
Free time appears irrelevant.

The link I spent the m invites searching out, and found on moneysavingexpert.com ishttps://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfrbdpXOe6LJpI-depirIfYqNY44SRpU8MgPxXby6L4pGmDVw/viewform

Frankly, as research, it's very poor - and even though English probably isn't your first language, with the uni being in Poland, some answers were phrased so badly, I didn't how to answer.

So would I move to a bank that offered me lower service? Which is what the question seemed to be, may not be what was intended - as in would I move to get better service?

There is a serious problem here. Internet research from sources you cannot validate or quantify, is educationally, treated as very poor quality. You have no idea of the person, and most importantly, what their home country is. The questions about cashpoints, for example. In the UK, any bank's card can be used in practically every cash point - it doesn't matter which bank you are with, so the question and any answers are meaningless. In other countries, finding the right cashpoint is critical. The questions are bland an unable to produce meaningful data. The responses will be as useful as a Brexit vote. In the UK, this kind of questionnaire would be screened out by the subject supervisor at a Bachelors Degree level. For a Masters it is weak in the extreme, and will not produce data that is qualitative or quantitative.

The less said about some professors the better...
Professor of practice in International Political Economy at City University London for example, who disagrees with pretty much everyone. Especially his students who have studied the subject. :)
I had a lecturer (whilst studying for Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications) who had no marketing qualifications, and no experience in marketing, business or any related field. She'd never stepped outside of academia, and was simply a professional teacher who'd read the syllabus.

I taught her more than she taught me.
