Changing legal status of company...need help

    Hi, we're changing from a Partnership to Limited Company in a few days.

    I think I need to re-do staff contracts, and transfer whatever is in the Partnership bank account to the new Ltd company account, but apart from that I feel pretty unprepared and not finding any advice on what else I need to do!

    Help!

    Strictly speaking, this sounds like a TUPE transfer - something you should have notified & consulted the staff of.

    In terms of re-doing staff contracts, the only thing you can change is notice of the employer - from the partnership to the new co.
