    Sheltering your child from violence isn't necessarily the right tactic either. Teaching them that violence is wrong is the best way to raise a nonviolent child.

    I would find someone else to do business with. Obviously the company isn't being too approachable or authentic if they are just using the same generic email. If they aren't going to be personalized with you, then why do business with them.
