    Hi , i am registered for the flat rate %7.00 VAT. My question is: Do i have to pay back the HMRC on the shipping charges rates charges that my customers pay? Ex: 2.00 shipping charges, than out of that amount i have to pay back 0.14 VAT to HMRC? Thanks in advance.
