I agree with cjd if he can't afford to pay you now, he probably won't in 2 weeks.
Possibly ask him for 50% up front and the rest in 2 weeks and then you could make a start, but do no more than 50% of the work till the balance is paid (if it's viable to)

Hi, please can anyone give me any advice on which is the best 'Pay as You Go' mobile phone tariff?
I'm on Asda Mobile but reception is appalling in my area.
I hardly use it so I'm not after a contract tariff as it would just be a waste, but I need something that works.
Any suggestions welcome...

We're doing ok thanks but we have noticed that repeat customers are putting in smaller orders, obviously they're cutting their budgets.
While not the best thing in the world it's better than losing customers.

Sounds like you've had some bad experiences.
We've employed mostly UK workers and have found them all to be fine and for a while had an employee from Eastern Europe who was also fine so either we're just lucky or our recruitment process worked well.
We recently had our websites redesigned and are really happy with the results. The site was designed using Prestashop - an OpenSource E-Commerce software - which has all the necessary tools and modules to help with our business.
We would be happy to recommend the designer who built these for us.
