    Is it just renting out the stables you do or have you exercise yard or walkers etc? The more i think of it the more perfect the set up is for a little equestrian operation, out of interest how much is the going rate for stable rents? does the rents include fed and exercised etc?

    A neighbour of mine has the above and is looking at renting it out as he isnt doing anything with it, he isn't looking big money and I know I would get it a fair bit cheaper as he would be happy to rent it to a local and someone he knows.
