    I have used both platforms, but didn't get success on reddit as you need to put huge efforts to get some traffic on your website. I'd rather suggest quora as i find it more user-friendly and easy to use platform to drive good amount of traffic on your website.

    Yes, it does help, but make sure that your content should be engaging enough to convince users to download and share that PDF. As PDF files are text files, search engine bots can read it and index it, so I think it will be a good bet to improve SEO.

    As i have used free plans of both buffer and Hootsuite, i can say that buffer doesn't offer Instagram post scheduling, but hootsuite does. So my vote goes to Hootsuite.
