    Depends what you mean by cheap, I've used print24.com for stickers before, you can get a quote online. Looks like around £20 for 100 copies for what you're after. When I used print 24 for a low run sticker print they charged me for the number i wanted and actually sent about 5 times as many...

    Licensing royalty depends on the product rpp, cost, volume, the company you're licensing it to etc etc, so its a piece of string situation. Get it protected as much as you can and approach companies in the same industry with it.
