is anybody able to point me in the right direction for what i would need to do apply? or maybe even a sample that i could have a gander at to help my learning curve along.

i dont know anything about getting my google page rankngs up, so in my travels around the web, i try different things i see on other sites, and see what happens to the traffic on that page

I find it hard to follow, i seem to have followed every single spammer on the site :( so my home page is never the same between refreshes.
