    Yes, I get instructions like this too. The most common one is Please leave in the bin :eek: My parcels are sent by FedEx and need a signature so I don't add these special delivery instructions.

    If doing what's been suggested above doesn't improve performance maybe adding a bit if extra memory would help. We did this to an HP laptop we had and it changed it from being annoyingly slow to responsive.
