I'm not sure of the pricing for dreamweaver I think it varies depending on the version you buy.
I did a short course to learn how to do the basics and then learnt the rest through google and forums as I went along. As others have said it depends if you think it would be worth it learning it.
I built both of our companys websites through dreamweaver. I think it depends what your looking as to whether you build it yourself or send the work out.
My guess is Camelot don't need the help in selling extra tickets. I think most people if not all will have heard of the National Lottery, so why would they want your help as you've already said your an "amateur in the world of business"
I think I pay enough in taxes to get a bit of help back when I decide to have a child.
It's not coming into action until 2013 which gives us all plenty of time to save up.
I did get excited then when an email popped into my inbox, only to realise it was an email from UKBF to let me know there was a new post on this thread :D
Its 2.35pm (ish) here and the phones have not rung for over an hour and we haven't received any emails for over an hour - its definitely Friday afternoon!
