I just use /%postname% for my permalink.
As for Twitter plugins, I use Twitter Tools - it's pretty robust:

I use the Thesis theme as it is well designed, coded and quite flexible (although it can be hard work to get looking slick)...
Andy,
Couple more things.
I actually wrote about Small Business CRM yesterday. Worth a read perhaps.
Let me know if you need any professional help selecting the right system. As well as a previous life as a CRM Project Manager, I used to work as a Technical Architect evaluating and...
Andy,
Highrise HQ is also good as is Salesforce.com (for the right company).
But it all depends on your requirements.
- How many users?
- Do you need to integrate with an existing client/accounting system?
- Online or Windows based?
- Separate Sales & Marketing teams?
- Simple or complex...
In my experience both Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce are too complex for small businesses.
I recommend Capsule CRM.

They are a UK company and their online CRM product is easy, effective and free for up to 2 users.
Hope this helps.

I use Capsule CRM.
It is an online service, free for up to 2 users, simple to use and it integrates with other small business online apps like Mailchimp & Freshbooks.
Funnily enough, I just wrote a short article about why I chose Capsule.
Hope this helps.

LiveFaceOnWeb.com says they can increase conversions by 22%.
I think it depends on the video quality, script quality and performance though.
I have used LiveFaceOnWeb.com and the results were good. They also seem a fair bit cheaper than Easy Web Presenter too.
LiveFaceOnWeb.com - $259 for 15...
I wouldn't make them sign anything.
Don't forget to get their email address (and permission to email them). If you can provide them with valuable advice (about marketing their restaurant for example) it will be easier to sell them something later.
Hope this helps.
Robert
Hi Nicola,
I'm not an accountant but I know where 90,000 hang out.
To get some more viewpoints try asking your question on accountingWeb's Any Answers:

Hope this helps,

You are absolutely spot on that transparency is important. The links are now real pages on my website.
My aim is make each product page a valuable resource in it's own right, with comparisons against other products, comments and maybe user reviews in the future. This takes time, so please...
Hi Adam,
You could try holding a Logo design contest, using your design as a basis. You'll probably end up with something better than you could have imagined.
Two places to hold the contest are:
1. Crowdspring
2. 99 Designs
I'd probably start with Crowdspring as it's a bit easier to use...
Some good solid advice above.
I agree that a very Strong Headline is essential to stop your leaflet getting trashed. Think about why your customers need your services and speak to their emotions.
Off the top of my head...
"You want your garden to look good (pride). You certainly don't want...
I primarily recommend Mailchimp & Aweber for email marketing.
Aweber is stronger on autoresponders (which are a pre-defined series of emails sent out at timed intervals).
Mailchimp is probably more user friendly and integrates well with other small business tools such as online surveys...
