    SEO is a very grey area in my opinion. You pay upfront, but nothing happens for 6 to 8 weeks and there are no guarantees, or are there? Can anyone clear this up? It just doesn't seem right to me, i like to at least see some results before i part with money!

    Disconnecting domestic gas supply - what qualification will i need?

    I'm a registered gas installer myself and as said, you'll need a minimum of CCN1 and CENWAT (used to be known as CEN1). you'll also need CoNGLPG:1 if you wish to disconnect LPG installations. And then you can apply to become gas safe registered. Hope this helps Paul

    Looks a bit desperate if you ask me. If the customer knows you could be paying up to £70 for leads it begs the question why are they so desperate for work? Just my opinion anyway

    Callout Charges - Does the customer need to be informed

    Unless you are calling out a charity then you should expect to have to pay for something in my opinion. UNLESS it is stated there is "no call out fee"
