Just a couple of points to add to this. If you plan to sell to Amazon for these types of products (food supplements) they have super strict requirements which quite often change, and they will stop the listing of your product. We are a 3pl company and see this quite often with this type of...
thanks, it is possible this is the problem, but we have also tested them on several different devices they are meant to be compatible with. The main issue I have is how on earth do Alibaba expect the buyer to provide proof of fault if an entire line is corrupt?
I believe so, Alibaba decided in the seller's favour, as I did not upload a video of each item as faulty. I asked support how on earth am I expected to check each item and upload a video and they basically shrugged their shoulders.
Surprisingly, the seller has offered to accept them back ad...
Anyone here have experience with claiming a refund via Alibaba. We opened a dispute and they wanted us to show an example of each unit being faulty, as this was practically impossible they then closed the request in favour of the seller. Surely there must be some fault ratio?
Hello,
I am looking for any recommendations on a simple warehouse management system, open-source or paid. It will be required to update stock across 100+ different SKUS which are combined to make different types of packs.

Interestingly I was told recently that a larger portion of amazon buyers as you'd expect, shop via mobile. Now when you select your product you have the option of other sellers to choose who you buy your product from. However, the bigger percentage of buyers on mobile don't click on this, but...
Whilst we don't sell on Amazon ourselves, we do prep a lot of stock for FBA and there are a few guidelines which if not followed will have your stock rejected. If you are not in the position to prep the stock yourself you may have to outsource this work hence a cost to factor in.
Heres their...
DPD are still not allowing road EU parcels to be booked online, which is frustrating seeing as other couriers have started the move.
DHL are getting a gold star from me, as we managed to get a bulk shipment out via air the day this all started and they arrived the next day!
Just to add this I can't see that anyone has, you don't need to add the exact weight for all parcels.
So UK RM 24/48 parcels anything up to 1kg is going to be the same price so you may as well select those that come under this weight range and input the weight at 1kg. If a bulk of your orders...
The last one that got held in customs so we figured this was the issue although the correct documents were included, it did have the address in English as supplied by the customer. Do you think sending it in Russian would make a big difference then?
Just wondering if anyone's had much success shipping parcels to Russia? RM taking over 30 days for a single parcel and DHL not doing particularly better either.
