Not quite true as far as I can recall. The arguement was about using dashed or underscores. Not about it in general.
Out of my personal experience allinone domains fare much better than all-in-dashes domains. I also would always go for the .co.uk version of a domain when the targeted audience...
PR Fire is one of the less costly alternatives (if you only post one PR a month) to emailwire but they do not distribute the articles to even half as many sources as emailwire does and as such you get less views and traffic. At least that's my experience with it.
I have too few posts to post a link but google emailwire. Our company uses them to submit press releases. Emailwire has the advantage that with every press relaese you submit this will also ranked in google news.
That way when you put in several links to your website you get a lot of traffic...
Is your domain a .co.uk? Is it hosted on a UK server? Have you submitted KML maps? That's all to be considered before we can give you a definite answer.

When we started out as a SEO Company in Germany we had the same problems as you. How to generate sales?
What we found was that word of mouth was the biggest sales driver in our industry. Yes of course we ranked ourselves for seo related keywords but by doing that we could only reach a small...
What are you doing so far? What kind of range of budget are we talking about? What is small to some is big to others. Some people thing £200 / month is small others go with £500 being small.
Are you doing PPC? Have you hired a SEO ?
Hey,
If I was you I would first get a custom Facebook Fan Page made. The best is when on this Fanpage you don't just show pictures of some of your current art pieces but if you would actually put all art pieces including their prices on there. With the FBML's you can create great picture...
