    Quite true, you want an attractive logo but not one that's a work of art and useless when it's printed, or doesn't stick in anyones head. There is a lot of theory behind good logo design, should definitely look at a portfolio and see how logos a person has designed before worked for that company.

    It's kind of like the reverse auctions you pay a £1 to enter, but in the end you would get an expensive item really cheap. But this seems to be pay £1 to get the auction at probably just below it's worth? Maybe i've just got it wrong, seems like an odd idea though.
