I am not sure if they are asking for details of a flood claim ever made, or in the last 5 years..what do you think?

Just a quick update, here in Gwynedd an HMO is 3 unrelated people in the same dwelling, it doesn't matter how many storeys it is.

Thanks for the input, from what I can gather it WOULD be an hmo if it was their main residence but it wouldn't be, and it wouldn't be a B&B as I wouldn't live there..

If a 3 storey house is rented by the week to 3 workmen that only live there 5 days and go home at weekends is it an hmo?
I have had no problems but for the last 2 weeks I have received renewal notice emails every day.
I renewed 10 days ago and have the Paypal confirmation but still the emails keep coming, I have emailed and had no reply and the phone number doesn't connect :mad:

As for why they haven't got anything atm, as I said they did have but she was rubbish and I recon with 1000 people to take care of they just don't need...
