Setup the number with a voip provider, ie sipgate (gives you a free number). Forward that number direct onto your mobile from the web panel.
You will have to pay the call charge onto your mobile.
You would need a hosted PBX to handle the number and voice message / menu system that is required. Asterisks does full IVR.
There are some open source web voip clients that can be used for the API or the following people do voip over web..

You will need console access on the router..
The default username is cisco / cisco not uppercase.
If you dont have this you need to password recover the device which you will need a console cable for.
Instructions can be found on the cisco site if this is the case, if it is new router try a reboot in case the user changed the password...
I am not aware of any third party software that would allow this.
Depends on the file system of your network share but you could set this up with local user accounts then hard coding the file mappings on the client machines to different areas in the file structure for different users then...
Your best bet is to purchase a server. You can then have full control of all folder access via NTFS (user permissions). Your also find it easier to manage everything and backup all your companies data which is currently shared more than likely on a single disk.

Get some technical experience working for other companies; it is all about learning the trade youre in. Maybe volunteer to get your foot in the door which will allow you to learn how things work. The more contacts you have the better. Hope this helps.
I think IP Version 6 will big in the next few years. Companies are already starting to move across, and there will be big money for those who can implement and understand this inevitable technology.
