Hi, I am Minodora Rucan.
In 2004 was graduated and obtained an IT bachelor's degree in Informational Management.
My work experience is more than 17 years is in the real estate industry. By this period there were a lot of national and international management qualification studies: InWEnt GmbH International training and development Programme, Joint Vienna Institute with EBRD collaboration, Vienna (Austria), AI in Business Analytics (Ukraina), Fundraising (Moldova), Sales Psychology, Crisis Management, Import-Export Management, and others, that have developed a continuous career growth and management skills.
In 2019 I inspired young and middle-aged IT professionals from diverse industries to follow my Fastboss idea and went from ideation to product.
My dream is to bring an Ai digital assistant for every small and medium business boss that will help them to rule their business easier and smartly.
Nowadays we meet a lot of IT ideas that are developed to do our life easier.
I have struggled when my business secretary left after 9 years of assisting my company and learning every detail of the business.
I lost all my know-hows invested in her competencies. Now she is far and even doesn't work as a secretary... And I understood that nobody can replace her at that moment. I was looking for a digital assistant for business but found only very expensive ones used on computers or some conversational assistants for customer support. But I need a business assistant that will assist me and my team!
I didn't find such software or application for small and medium businesses. So, I decided to develop a forever business digital assistant that will never leave my business, will learn from every employee in my company and will assist every business process I need.
I've started with analyzing what is a business doing every day and what are the business components? So started with document management the first and most important job function of a secretary. After I've analyzed all the requirements I had to my ex-secretary and developed one by one a lot of features that allow businesses to implement automation and a smooth business process. Now we have some features ready, our assistants may help our mobile teams to fill in by voice business documents, send and sign them. Also, we are working on the task manager module that will help a boss to be everywhere managing the business and stop being stressed day by day controlling teams and every employee.
We love people making business! They are amazing people making something special for society. We love businesspeople from the real economy, that are building houses and roads, are working in infrastructure, agriculture, energy, transport, and healthcare. These areas are very mobile and very hard to control and manage. These people do have not enough time to study sophisticated technologies and they are almost every day outside the office desks. That's why we develop our assistants with a user-friendly interface and learn from their user expertise. Our assistant will help them in their hardworking and difficult areas. We work on making happier business people and transform their efforts and expertise into a digital one, with Artificial Intelligence. With Machine learning tools assistants will learn their boss's experience and after, will assist their boss's children or the heirs of the business. This way, they will have a long-lasting business.
