    Expenses to employees (such as mileage)

    If you are reimbursing your employee expenses incurred for business purposes only, this shouldn't be taxable. If you decide to pay the expenses via payroll you need to set your system up so that the expenses paid are not taxable. I hope this helps.

    I know its always good to keep business expenses and personal expenses separate, but from what you have said and the position you are in, you can purchase the item from your personal account and credit directors loan account.

    Hi, I could say if you are aware the sort company you are after, you can easily register the company yourself. Also there are alot of formation companies out there offering the service of forming a Ltd company and I suspect they might also be cheaper.I hope this helps.
