Hi, I could say if you are aware the sort company you are after, you can easily register the company yourself. Also there are alot of formation companies out there offering the service of forming a Ltd company and I suspect they might also be cheaper.I hope this helps.

Can somebody point me to the right direction of how to reduce shares at company house for a Ltd company formed recently. At the moment its showing the share holder holding 1000 shares need this reducing to 1 share. Or how much do people charge for this service.
