I'm looking for an accountant that can work along with our FreeAgent account and submit our ct600 for us each year. I've had a look through FreeAgents recommended providers https://www.freeagent.com/find-an-accountant but wanted to hear if any of you recommend anyone in particular?

No you would need a PayPal account to accept the payment. Just have more than one Gateway, we always use PayPal and Stripe so people have the option of either. We get around an even split of usage.
Downside to PayPal is that you have to manually withdraw the funds but they can be withdrawn...

We use HelpScout for one business and it is very good. Also use ZenDesk for another, great but expensive once you add livechat.
We still use Tawk.to for a third business along with Google Groups setup for our syupport users, admitedly we will probably move that setup over to HelpScout.

Buying into a franchise is usually more a process of buying the rights to use an established brand, so they are charging for the franchisee license and still want a business plan to see if you are a good fit to be a franchisee.
You need an agency, an agency will have a dedicated team of designer, developer and marketing experts that will all work together. Trying to pick a developer and designer now might sound cheaper but could lead to disaster down the line.
