I agree with you that a credit rating should be used for credit applications. You'd think that checking that the applicant for the account lives at the stated address and other such details would be enough, then when the customer wishes to upgrade the account over a period of time where access...
I've noticed that a lot of the agents for Ltd company formation are using Barclays to refer customers too. I assume that the agent is receiving commission for this.
There is also an agent offering 'guaranteed' Barclays business accounts as part of their formation package.
I'd assume from this...
Unique gift, I agree with what you say.
But what would your response be if a child jumped out of the bushes and shouted in your dogs face, scaring it into lashing out in fear.
Would you still suggest your dog be taken to training lessons and the child be given extra sweets for tea?
I think response is so low because the first image that comes into mind is a dog on the school grounds, there are many many reasons why in general they are not allowed. Maybe unless a guide dog? not sure, but they have a certain certification I'm sure.
I know you say the dogs do not have to...
I think my encrypted question was more a result of my long week but you've unravelled it perfectly.
Thank you for your explanation, it's put my mind back on the right track.
Very appreciated.
Hi all,
I'm no expert, so patronise all you wish, it'll fly over my head anyway. I'm in a 'there are no stupid questions scenario' I would like to think.
Straight to the point. Upon formation the question seems to be the quantity and value of shares, default, as I'm told by one agent is 1000...
Apologies if this post has been placed in the incorrect forum section,
I remember seeing 0845 ect number providers late last year here, are there still providers that network in this section or has there been a new section (or maybe existing that I had previously missed) that I can contact...
There will always be the 'odd' parcel that is lost in the RM system but I'd question how many ebay parcels are lost by RM and how many are actually just claimed as lost by the buyers whilst they sit with the parcel and their full refund.
Hi,
I understand that ltd or plc ect can not be used in a business name if they are not true to the formation.
Is 'company' also included in this ruling?
For example as a sole trader trading as The ABC company, would this be considered the same breach as if it were The ABC company Ltd...
You probably had already planned to do this but it would be advantageous to claim a couple more domains like the .com ect as well as incorrectly spelt versions and point them to the original .co.uk, 123-reg is great for this, really straight forward and user friendly, with their prices too it'll...
It would be dependant on what the information gained from reading the pm was used for. That's what I believe to be true not a quote of the law.
I can just imagine the look on the judges face should an application to court be made because "he looked at my pm" but if there was a case for...
Hi,
We are searching for a source to provide a single self cling window decal for us to use as promotional material, I think they are also known as static cling ect.
Does anybody know of a good source for them? I've been searching companies on google but as they do not come cheap I was hoping...
When I spilt vodka and coke on my laptop and it stopped working it ment that I had no access to the internet to search for a repair shop so I used the yellow pages.
I guess it's the same with a lot of the public still where households only have one pc or laptop and when it breaks they can't...
