you can but at your local motor auctions cars with MOT and sometimes TAX, google unicom for a trade insurance firm. They will cover you to drive any car in your custody third party. FYI stick to saxo's 106's punto's corsa's 25,s micra's etc (small easy to work on cheap cars that always sell)...
I think the problem here is re the criminal issue is if the tennent puts false info on an application to try and obtain credit by deception then its up to the credit provider to report the matter to the police. They dont bother because they use CIFAs (credit industry fraud avoidence) register...
A cheque guarantee card is only valid for one cheque per day, if someone were to go out and hammer a cheque book using the card unloading 25 cheques out of the book then only one will clear (assuming there is no funds or overdraft in place) if however they wrote one cheque out per day they would...
So heres another scheme the Govt. are selling us that they are doing all they can to help get the banks lending. So the Govt. backs a loan the Banks would normally reject, and if the business defaults who pays the loan back, yes you guessed it the taxpayer.
any thoughts UKBF

Its saying on the news companies are being paid the £2500, I reckon that it will really be companies as in you have to be Ltd and it wont be available to sole traders.
still wont stop anynamejoebloggs builders ltd trying to cream a quarter million for taking on a 100 long term JSA.
As I collect unpaid invoices for a living I thought I would share this.
Some invoices we collect have a term that says any collection fee's incurred as a result of non payment will be payable.
If you are invoicing credit its worth having this on your terms as then you are not discounting the...
Another thread is saying you get £2500 if you have been on the dole six months to start a business. Is this correct or is it as I thought a payment to an employer for giving them a job, its sounding floored before its even started, usual GVMT policy then.
I was thinking that it smells a bit of discrimination, how long will it be before UNEMPLOYED SIX MONTHS shows up on CV's in big letters.. Also some people may then try to stay on the dole for six months just because they know they have this advantage. Im guessing you would have to employ them...
We are busy because of this and we are seeing far more that firms are waiting to be paid before they pay and the cycle continues.
In many small firms its a case of more time on the phone chasing unpaid invoices and doing more research with who you do business.
