    marketing idea - good or bad?

    I think it is a great idea, and I think some people will be interested regardless of the ecconomic climate. Maybe you could market it through churches, Fair Trade shops etc? The only worry I have, is it fair on the animal? Will the communities that get the cow be able to look after it properly?

    Salary expectations for an admin

    I would start with your local job centre and your council, some have some very good subsidies going for employers that take people off the unemployment register. Also aproach aggencies like Shaw Trust who work at getting people back into employment.
