I think domain name choice largely depends on what your priorities are.
If it's building a memorable 'brand' then you're probably best with a catchy name that doesn't necessarily bear any resemblance to what the business does. You could always set up a blog or several smaller sites to drive...

I agree with the first 3 or 4 repllies, you don't need software to get good SEO results, you need a good bunch of people who spend a lot of time online!
Ideally a developer to do the on-page work and a PR consultant or social media addict to do the backlinking...

It's not too bad, you could just do with some more website examples up there if that is what you are specialising in. As NuBlue said it is a saturated industry (and one I work in myself!)

Fair point, and obviously it's not always the case that a logo communicates the business... but then does Hello Concierge have a multi-million dollar advertising budget to reinforce the brand?

With those keywords it should be easy to get to Google page 1 for at least a couple of them. Leather seating maybe not but the Derby ones yes. You just need to re-write your content well, and make sure your pages are nicely structured.
Well I can see the speech marks but I don't understand what they represent. At best I could guess that it's something telecommunication based. If that's what you want to communicate that's fine.
