It would not be possible for us to check every sale on sagepay we're only a small company and do 150+ total transactions a day, surely checking mysagepay for every order is not common place?
We have tweeked the rule settings for payments and let the computers do the working out, we have only...
Easiest way to find these successful but failed transactions is scroll through your transactions in sagepay and look at the right hand side where the fraud results display (little green shields normally 3 or 4 in a line) if you have a red high lighted transaction but have three or four green...
Its nice for sage pay to reply and you have confirmed what I had found out from your support and developers that a payment cab be reversed after sagepay systems have already confirmed it as successful, I spoke to two developers one of them said he works with many payment gateways and sagepays is...
Sorry I should have made this clear, this is nothing to do with chargebacks or fraud its a flaw in the way sagepay works, basically as I understand it works as follows:
customer completes checkout on your website and is entering card details on either sagepay form or server integration, once...
The sagepay payments had not been settled but sage pay had already confirmed that payment was successful, as a rule we don't check every payment in sage pay as we would have to employ someone to do it seems a crazy system to me but maybe we work differently than others.
Just found out to my horror that a few transactions that have been processed through sagepay have been reversed AFTER they have notified us that it has been a successful transaction ie marked as paid on our shopping cart system this is due to a flaw in the way sagepays system works and processes...
I am looking for a zero hour contract that I can use for staff but have not been able to find one or a link to one on this forum, I do not mind paying if I have to as long as its from a credible source, any pointers or direction appreciated
This sort of system will not work as soon as people in the channel islands realise they dont have to pay any extra for washing machines, furniture, beds, curtain poles etc (basically anything that does not fit in an A3 envelope) they will all be buying through Amazon.
Is this going to be a problem for everyone else that sells on Amazon as it is sure going to give us a headache!
We could just about muddle through if they force you to ship to most places but we have serious problems with the channel islands there are no viable postage methods except Royal...
I thought we were an isolated case! we had been with cardsave for years and years and they stitched us up for cancellation charges as we closed down our shops one by one, I think it was about £180 admin charges per terminal.
They seem to be very similar to PHS wastetech's contract system, I...
Our minimum contract term had ended, the building we were in was sold by the landlord and our lease was ended. We no longer needed the terminal at that location
our contract was 4 years we had the terminals for 10 years so well out of contract. We were charged about £180 to cancel, this was only just over 1 year ago.
Do cardsave still rip off there customers? Even though our lengthy 4 year contract had ended (we had several terminals from you for about 10 years) you charged us about £180 to end the contract.
"It's all in the small print" we were told!
Does anyone know of a similar alternative to voipfone?, we are using there (voipfones) system but we are having a problem with one of there main features that we cant seem to fix and would be interested in an alternative company.
