    email support at least. I have a hosting company who offers chat support 24/7 and this is why i stay with them. My websites are not very fast but this is the reason i have not gone to the competition.

    In my experience these predictions will never be accurate. Online business has many variables and thing that can go wrong. A good way to be sure what the numbers will be is to start small and build as you go :)

    Don't sell by lowest price, there will always be someone who is willing to sell for a lower price. I have been there. Sell by precieved value by adding a product/ offering a great guarantee and having a great USP Good luck :)
