well that is how the outsourcing model works... I guess you'll need to iron some differences and see you are on the same page in terms of project requirements, deadlines etc.
There are international treaties for dealing with criminals...i doubt there are for dealing with unpleasant calls from across countries...personally i would ignore the caller till he wears out...you recognize the voice put the phone down! The caller is unlikely to come over to Britian to carry...
On a more practical note...if the call is from Asia, chances are it is from India or China...in the current economic scenario, the 'system' is more likely to look away than go meddling :)
If it is an online company, i think it is wiser to register in your own country...in case there is trouble atleast you are familiar with the law of your land..
Sometimes i wonder if this is just a mindset....if there is a problem we expect the system to provide a solution....a system can help us just that far, beyond that we have to find our own solutions :)
I use Google for search...I don't think the search engines will make a difference...may be you could try playing around with the keywords/ key phrases to find what you want...I hope this helps :)
