    Microsoft SQL server is very much used in Enterprise. As our all microsoft products. Both Oracle and SQL are in-demand skills though... I would advise your friend to pick up some broad knowledge of other microsoft products, such as Sharepoint and Active Directory... it's worth knowing how...

    Be very careful who you engage to do internet marketing for you... It may destroy any chance you have at ranking if you have some company just blast a lot of low quality links... happened to me one. Personally I am now trying a slow steady approach... creating engaging useful content and trying...
