We use them in our office and sell them too (http://www.gradwell.com/store/door-entry-systems/)
Easy to use, just swipe your card to unlock the door, it locks again when it closes behind you. If someone loses a card it can just be deactivated so it's not a security risk. Some have cameras on...
I use Open Office on my home computer, and Office at work. I find I have trouble when interchanging between the two at times. I wouldn't advise it if you often need to use uncommon fonts or work with tables a lot. For basic typing it's fine.
It's definitely worth advertising your Facebook - on your website, in your shop if you have one, in newsletters and on leaflets etc. The hardest part is getting people to 'like' your page, if you've got that covered all you need to do is keep posting interesting things to it.

You learn a lot more from a company by how they deal with things going wrong...
It's a case of balancing a professional looking site with a friendly, non-scripted communication style. Some less professional-looking chat boxes look like pop up ads.
I recently used the chat feature for a number of sites (they were based in the US and I wanted an instant answer without the...
VoIP is definitely your most flexible choice, and great for streamlining your processes and making your business more efficient.
As far as the number goes, you can have a memorable one from any area code you like, for example the area code for Bedford is 01234 - a nice easy one for customers...
