Currently use Starling which is great but I cannot add a second person unless a Director to make payments etc.
Any suggestions that allow us to do this?
Thanks
I had rang them, they suggested to stay with the physical phone for stability and that the dual option is the pipeline but no date as yet...
I need to buy a snom EHS and then can use pretty much any headset option.
The mic relates more to voice to text for dictation purposes.
I'm wondering...
We pay for voipfone. It can either be used on a physical handset or on the pc or a mobile phone. But not all 3
We went with physical phones in the first instance as they are then 'always on' and won't be affected by WiFi drops as the physical phones are hard wired
Looking for something that is monoaural, wireless (bluetooth?) that will work with our Snom D712 phones? But also perhaps be able to link up to both our mobile phones and our laptop? If this is possible?
We use Voipfone as our phone provider
Or should we ditch the Snom D712 and use Softphone...
We use Voipfone and have no issues whatsoever, always good to be able to speak to someone also. There technical help is second to none
@cjd we would like to run a Softphone app as well as physical handsets but this isn't available yet. Would be much easier to do it this way for us as sometimes...
My wife runs a bridal shop, can anyone recommend a decent point of sale app. that integrates well with accounting software?
She uses Salonzied and Freeagent but they don't integrate with each other?
My experience with accounting software as a construction business is as follows:
Used Freeagent initially - which was great, cheap and cheerful but quickly outgrew the fact it didn't offer full CIS support only workarounds.
Currently using Clearbooks which is great and helpful staff but 2...
Signed up to 14 day trial in kashflow, unfortunately it's the same as clearbooks it doesn't allow direct auto feed only import of CSV/xls
Looks quite decent though but a bit 'dated'
I think I'll stick with clearbooks for now and see if they hopefully support the feed soon.
It's a pain...
Need to switch away from Clearbooks as they don't integrate with capitalontap or ability to produce Excel statements.
Which would you go with from the above?
12 employee business so need payroll
7 figure turnover
CIS and MTD a must
Has anyone ever used crunch accounting as an all in? Software...
Yep and it doesn't work too well
Getting capitalontap to autofeed would be ideal solution. But neither clearbooks or capitalontap say this will happen anytime soon
Surprising how much a small item can spoil the experience
I originally used freeagent which was great but didn't account for CIS very well so switched to Clearbooks
Clearbooks is brilliant as I use it for Vat, cis, payroll etc and it's good. The downsides which are proving to be big are:
1. There is no way to get an auto bank feed from my card...
I started my business in 2019 with just a laptop and my dining room table.
I've secured 2 very big contracts for insurance repair works in the South Wales area. I can upscale this and take on as many postcodes in the whole of the UK if I wish.
I'm a far way away from even entertaining that...
Can anyone recommend a card machine alternative to paymenstense for a friend's business
Approximately £15,000 per month received on cards a mixture of debit/card payment
Thanks
