No drop here (last month was actually 2nd best month of the year - Jan being the biggest because of January clearance sales).
There is the option of courier on our site but only about 1 out of 200 customers are using it.
I don't want to go down the invoice route just yet as i've always found the "ask nicely" approach to work in the past and then if ignored follow it with a phone call and then if still ignored then put my foot down.
Haven't watched it yet (just about to) but on the topic of race.
I just clicked on "new posts" on the forum and saw one for Black Business of the year announcement.
Without opening a whole can of worms (which im probably going to). I've never got my head around why race is brought into awards...
If you've got an unlocked phone why not just pop into a local mobile phone shop while you are there, buy a PAYG sim card from them and then tether it to the laptop.
That way you are using their network for the net so would work out cheaper than using your own UK network.
We use http://www.creativebanners.co.uk/
Not cheap by any standards (full set at all standard sizes were about £300)
But the quality has always been excellent and they provide you with the photoshop files so you can make changes later on if you want.

To be fair to the community it used to be brilliant but as there are so many versions now that a lot of the community help has dwindled with most of the original gurus going off to do their own thing and not having the time to answer everyone. I certainly wouldn't known half the stuff I do now...
Normally when i've found that another retailer is using one of our images (which i've shot myself) I usually just send off a friendly but straight to the point email pointing out their error with example links to both the image they have on their site and then the original from our site.
I've...
I'd definitely go with the "option" of having courier at an increased charge but still retain the Royal Mail one as well but make sure that customers are well aware of the courier option.
We've started offering an option of DHL via DHL service point which does mean i've got to drive to the...
I'll get you the details of the guys we've used before tomorrow when im back in the office.
Very good and very quick for the things we've had done in the past, in fact they are just working on implementing mailchimp into ours via the API.
They are an overseas development company though so as...
Or to put it another way everyone will probably have a cracking hangover on Jan 1st so we aren't so stupid to expect everyone to change their prices on Jan 1st.... oh wait stupid+politician do actually go together. Damn!!! i'll stock up on the solphadine
Someone might come along to correct me but I was always under the assumption that an embassy is classed as sovereign soil to their country so if that country is outside the EU then no VAT.
Either that or i've been watching Waaayyy too many thriller movies.
Just to pitch in my 2 pence.
Although bespoke can be good as it's made to your specs sometimes off the shelf can be a better option as long as the code is open so that 3rd party developers can make changes and build on it.
One problem I found in the past with bespoke is that unless the creator...
Cache version im seeing states
So does state that if the product appears to be used then a restocking fee would be applicable or returned at cost. Unless google cache is really quick and has updated in the past hour
Anyway back to the OP question.
I can't help with HSBC but as others have...
