We are a UK based company who has been selling online in the UK & in the EU for the last 20 years. As a small business we went through all the pain and hardship that any small business goes through to try and make their business a success. www.capacitum.com is a business aimed to small businesses to help navigate all of these issues. First & foremost we are a 3pl service with a difference.
We are not your traditional 3pl services. We really do help. Our resources and infrastructure go far beyond your typical 3pl companies. Not only do we have amazing rates with postal and courier companies and we have a single ALL inclusive price per order for fulfilment. No additional fees such as stock in stock out pick rates and are rates are as low as £1.50 per order + postage costs but also we allow you to use as much of our resource & infrastructure as much as you need at no extra cost.
With warehouse in the UK & in France we are also able to guide you on how to grow your business into the EU without having the hassle of going through IOSS registrations and then realising your goods are not actually getting through customs without your customer having to pay for tax & duties.
We also give you a free order management & inventory management software to use which typically cost a few hundred pounds a month.
