To me that's pretty good as recently I had to wait 5 hours for a response to a support ticket from another hosting company. Less than 30 mins was a great response as far as "I" am concerned.

You may not get a refund depends if you done all this in what they call the "cooling off period" or after, if after they may say they provided service and hey there goes your refund.
But best advice don't ever engage them, if you do you will be inundated.
It's easy put the phone down on them, some bully tactics used by companies are phone recordings if they can get you to say the right thing that triggers what they call a verbal agreement you could end up paying money for crap you never asked for in the first place. Just don't engage them.
