My company was wound down as it was not making any money but today I've received a demand for £724 corporation tax. I don't see how I owe this as the company did not make a profit in its last year and I have no means of paying this. The company was a Limited company.
What should I do?
I'm looking for an insolvency company to wind up my company. I don't have many creditors less than a handful but owe HMRC Corporation tax and also VAT
I'm limited to the amount I can spend on this.
